We don't do drama here. If something isn't working, we analyse it, improve it, and turn it into an opportunity. Or at least, that's what that self-help coach would say, the one who insists that crisis and opportunity are written the same in Chinese.
I'm speaking from experience
I'm Cristian, founder of Treze Ideas, and after more than a decade in the digital world, I've seen many problems... and found many solutions.
I've always been one of those people who can't help but take things apart to understand how they work. From a young age, I wanted to know why something was faulty and how to fix it.
Over time, I realised that the same thing was happening in the digital world: there are problems, but there are also solutions, you just have to know where to look.
Get a developer in your life
They say we all need a trusted doctor, a good mechanic, and someone who knows how to sort out digital messes. In my case, I've got the last one covered.
Or perhaps it all began the moment I saw my older brother create, with programming, what seemed like magic to me when I was young. Because of all this, I decided to study Systems and Network Administration. Although learning to manage servers was only the beginning.
After that, I kept educating myself. Masters and courses in development, programming, design, and marketing followed (as well as a lot of self-taught learning, because if something obsesses me, I study it until I understand it down to the last detail).
This mix of knowledge is what has allowed me to understand websites from the inside and out: how to build them, how to optimise them, and how to make them truly fulfil their purpose.
Because a website is more than just code and pretty design; it's the tool that can multiply a business's revenue if it's done well.

- As a good developer, I'm a total geek (what did you expect?!). I've always loved video games, especially Zelda and Super Mario. So much so that I have a tattoo of Mario dressed as Link.

- Thirteen, like the day in December my mother was born.
